Important Details (Applicable For All Marketing Packages):

1. As a customer, you may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum contract period to fulfill.

However, to achieve optimal results, we would advise all our customers to engage our services for at least 3 to 6 months before making a fair assessment.

2. Once work has commenced on each package, 50% of the package sum will be retained and is non-refundable. In case of a refund claim, the refundable amount will be the amount left after subtracting the cost of work completed from the 50% of the remaining package sum.

3. Refund period for each month’s subscription is 30 days. If refund period is exceeded, no refund will be issued.
